Saint John of the Ladder Orthodox Church (SJOTL)

This project involved the design for a new Orthodox Church Sanctuary Building and Parish Hall, located in Greenville County, South Carolina. The Church Building totals approximately 4700-sf of conditioned space, and the Parish Hall comprises approximately 3400-sf of conditioned space. In addition, there is nearly 2660-sf of covered porch area.
Design services included prescriptive fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical engineering design services .

This project involves the replacement of the HVAC system serving the Sanctuary and support spaces, approximately 75- tons total, with four 15-ton split systems and two 7.5-ton split systems. Additional consulting support was provided for the renovation of the Chapel space.
