The College of Charleston
92 Wentworth Street (c.1850), Charleston, SC
This project involved the engineering design for electrical and sprinkler system upgrades at 92 Wentworth Street, a College of Charleston housing building. The building (c.1850) is located in the historic district of downtown Charleston, South Carolina. The existing three-story building totals approximately 3,600-square foot, and is an historic Charleston Single-style residence, which has been subdivided into student dormitories.

Northwoods Middle School – Life Safety Improvements

This project involved adding an emergency egress for Northwoods Middle School in North Charleston, SC to the North End of Wing C for second floor classrooms C223, C225A, and C225B.
